2. Age Verification
You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol from Young Henrys. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age.
We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide valid identification may result in order cancellation.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. Young Henrys is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
A person 18 years or older must be present to sign for alcohol deliveries. If no one is available, the package will be returned to the carrier.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on alcohol unless the product is faulty or damaged.
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Young Henrys and protected by copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Young Henrys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
